About Anjinsen Valamootoo
Anjinsen Valamootoo is a dynamic speaker, social activist, and leadership practitioner whose work centres on human connection, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership. With over five years of professional speaking experience, he has engaged diverse audiences across universities, corporates, NGOs, and international platforms throughout Africa and beyond. Certified as a Soft Skills and Corporate Trainer by the Indian Leadership Academy, and a graduate of the RISE Academy by JCI Africa and the Middle East, Anjinsen has trained more than 300 individuals ranging from students and emerging leaders to entrepreneurs and community leaders. He has also served as a university-level lecturer in Public Speaking and as a mentor within multiple JCI leadership and women-entrepreneur programmes. Grounded in social activism and community engagement, Anjinsen brings a rare authenticity to conversations around leadership, mental wellbeing, resilience, and communication. His sessions combine lived experience with practical frameworks, creating safe yet challenging spaces where audiences are encouraged to reflect, grow, and lead with empathy and courage.
