About Lokesha Seetohul

Hello, I’m Kesha, a certified Yoga Instructor, Mauritian Athlete in Yoga Sport, Personal Growth Coach and NLP Practitioner, who studied in Australia and Asia. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Power Yoga and Mat Pilates for beginners to advanced practitioners. In 2026, I also taught Artistic Yoga at MGI, combining yoga postures, movement, expression and creativity to develop confidence, balance and body awareness. My approach is holistic, practical and personalised, supporting strength, flexibility, mindfulness and overall wellbeing. Languages: English, Mauritian Creole, French & basic Hindi.
